What is RxReplenish?
RxReplenish works like an auto-refill program at your local pharmacy, but with the added convenience of automatically shipping your order to you when it's time.

What medications can be auto-shipped through RxReplenish?
We can auto-ship your regular refill maintenance medications. 

What medications cannot be auto-shipped through RxReplenish?
Please request the following online or call us to schedule shipment for your scheduled III-V controlled substances and as-needed medications.

For new prescriptions, we will contact you for delivery coordination or you can place your Prescription Order Online.

How will I know when to expect my RxReplenish order?
We will send you 2 notifications via your MyUCDavisHealth account prior to shipment to remind you to make necessary changes to your order or update your delivery address.

What happens if my medications change?
Please contact us immediately to edit or cancel an order before it ships.  We will send you 2 notifications via your MyUCDavisHealth account prior to shipment to remind you to make necessary changes to your order.

What happens if I receive an order that I didn’t want?
We will send you 2 notifications via your MyUCDavisHealth account prior to shipment to remind you to make necessary changes to your order. Once your order has shipped, we cannot accept returns.  Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order.

Is my credit card information stored securely?
Yes, we use secure phones lines to take your credit card information. It is entered directly into our secure device, which safely stores it in your patient profile. During prescription processing, staff are unable to see your credit card information other than the last 4-digits.

How do I get started with RxReplenish?
Our Pharmacy Customer Service Team can check to see if your prescriptions can be auto-replenished for you.  If eligible, we will need to ensure you have a MyUCDavisHealth account set up with notifications.  Lastly, we will need your delivery address and credit card information for this recurring monthly service.
