Computing Infrastructure

The UC Davis Imaging Research Center (IRC) operates a data analysis cluster comprising Linux compute and GPU nodes, with access to over 200 terabytes of file server space. All data is protected by nightly backups to a network of off-site file servers. Post-processing software includes several third-party packages (e.g., SPM, FSL, AFNI, FreeSurfer). Pulse sequence development is performed on Windows workstations for Siemens MRI systems. A computer lab houses both Windows and Linux workstations for use by visitors and students.
