Executive Director, Ambulatory Operations

Del Pizzo provides operational oversight for various specialty and surgical clinics across multiple locations. He is involved in ambulatory expansion projects, programmatic planning efforts and improving access to care.

Executive Director, Patient Access

Franck ensures patients and families can access care in a convenient and meaningful way. His teams at the Patient Contact Center represent a central “front door” to access the high quality of care delivered in our outpatient clinics.

Chief of Population Health and Accountable Care

Gupta has led over 100 clinician and care team members in population health, affordability improvement initiatives, and value analytics through her current role. 

Medical Director, Community Physicians Group

Hall facilitates the delivery of high-quality, complex care to a large patient panel in the outpatient setting. He oversees a team of 120 physicians and staff for UC Davis Health’s primary care practices. 

Executive Director, Ambulatory Operations

Mullen supervises day-to-day clinic operations, systems, policy development and implementation, and fiscal performance across the system’s specialty clinics. 

Interim Executive Director, Ambulatory Operations

Sierra is the Interim Executive Director of Ambulatory Operations for UC Davis Health. She oversees strategic planning and operational program management across multiple specialty clinics, leading her teams in delivering high-quality patient care.
