"Fall down seven times, stand up eight." - Japanese Proverb

We understand that it can be challenging to quit tobacco. In fact, it’s common for persons who use tobacco to quit several times before they are able to quit for good. As the proverb implies, the important thing is to keep trying.

We created helpful guides and tools into printed booklets to help patients on their journey to becoming tobacco-free. Our booklets Taste, Move, Breathe and Simple Tasty Well represent a “whole health” approach to well-being. These guides were developed to help manage life challenges, beyond quitting tobacco, by providing examples of healthy lifestyle approaches, links to inspiring videos, tasty and healthy recipes, and more.
