What You Can Do

• Confirm referral receipt
• Receive alerts if additional information is needed
• See when patients are scheduled or seen
• Receive automatic patient appointments and care updates
• Message UC Davis Health referral teams

How to Access

• Open the patient’s chart in Epic
• Navigate to referrals
• Select the active referral
• Use the comments section to:
  • View updates
  • Send messages
  • Attach documents (if needed) 

Requirements

• Must be an Epic user
• CERM must be enabled by your organization
