Early identification and intervention are necessary steps in reducing the impact of psychosis. Our program identifies individuals prior to the onset of the most devastating aspects of psychosis, preventing deterioration and hospitalization wherever possible. Our family-centered treatment approach empowers individuals and their families to be active participants in care.
Our program provides services for two years, focusing on reducing and managing symptoms and distress and improving individuals' ability to succeed in independent roles.

Mental and behavioral health services require a referral from your primary care provider. Please contact your primary care provider to request one. Once you have a referral, have the following information ready when scheduling an appointment for yourself or a loved one:
