Join us for a monthly, one-hour process discussion space designed for GME residents and fellows to explore the impact of policy, and the broader sociopolitical context on morale, burnout, and well-being. This drop-in space provides an opportunity to reflect, process, and connect with peers in a supportive and confidential setting. Discussions may include how current events shape professional identity, the challenges of navigating systemic issues with medical training, and strategies for sustaining resilience in an evolving healthcare landscape.
1st Wednesday of each month: Mar. 5, 2025, Apr. 2, 2025, May 7, 2025, and Jun. 4, 2025.
6:00-7:00 p.m.
Drop-in, no registration required
