Effective leadership is essential for creating a culture that supports EBP and cultivating a spirit of inquiry among staff. Leaders must be equipped to define EBP, understand the organization's EBP model, and identify tangible ways to support their teams through the seven steps of EBP.

To meet these objectives, comprehensive leadership training has recently been updated and incorporated into the Rising Nurse Leader program. The next phase includes a collaboration with key nursing leaders who are experts in fostering EBP cultures, to develop programming tailored specifically for nurse leaders. This training will be available soon.

EBP Trained Leaders

Our commitment to EBP, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing clinician well-being is evident in the substantial number of leaders who have dedicated time to learning about EBP Methodology and the Advancing Research and Clinical Practice Through Close Collaboration (ARCC) model. These leaders not only contribute to improving our organization but also play a key role in fostering a culture of inquiry and advancing our goal of becoming a fully integrated evidence-based organization.
