hand holdingMany LGBT cancer patients and survivors do not feel welcome or understood in mainstream support groups and transgender survivors have been especially excluded. There are a few LGBT cancer support resources across the country; however, for people who live further from major metropolitan areas, they are hard pressed to find one at all.
