Dr. Campbell's philosophy is to provide patients with the most relevant and recent information regarding their injury, listen to the patient and understand their lifestyle and the activities they need to get back to, and come to a mutually informed joint decision with the patient about surgical or non-operative management. He strives to treat every patient as he would a family member.
Dr. Campbell is an orthopaedic traumatologist with fellowship training. He treats adults with fractures of the extremities and pelvis. He has a particular interest in upper and lower extremity peri-articular fractures, complex foot trauma, pelvis and acetabular fractures, and nonunion surgery.
Dr. Campbell's research interests are related to innovation in surgical technique, resident and fellow education, and patient outcomes. He has published over fifty papers in peer reviewed journals, presented his work nationally, and serves as a committee member for the AAOS.
