2026 Nurses Week: Events & Activities

Nurses Week is just around the corner (May 6-12)! Explore a variety of events and activities happening across the organization to honor and celebrate our nurses. Throughout the week, you’ll find opportunities to connect with colleagues, focus on wellness, and take part in moments of recognition both on the units and across campus. We hope you’ll join us in celebrating the compassion, expertise, and dedication that our nurses bring to patient care every day.

Friday, May 8, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.	Leadership rounding with the fun cart	Engage with leaders and spin the wheel for fun prizes.
Friday, May 8, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. , NAOB 1109	Puppy Party	Stop by to cuddle, play, and enjoy some stress-relieving puppy love!
Saturday, May 9 to Sunday, May 10	Celebrate on your unit
Monday, May 11, 9 a.m. - 2 a.m., NAOB1001	Wellness Day & Night Event	Join us for self-care time with light refreshments, relaxing music, puzzles, coloring, and massages. Reiki sessions are also available. Please use the QR code below to sign up for the Reiki sessions.
Monday, May 11, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.	Leadership rounding with the fun cart	Engage with leaders and spin the wheel for fun prizes.
Tuesday, May 12, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.	Join us as we celebrate Florence Nightingale's birthday	Light refreshments, "the Claw" prize grab, photo booth, ERG booth, and the blessing of the hands.
