Our talented and diverse group of residents each bring their unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to our residency program.

Sylvana Marquina from the Department of Family and Community Medicine was awarded a Blue Ribbon at the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine Annual Spring Conference. Marquina presented a research poster on longitudinal prescribing trajectories involving benzodiazepine and opioid co-prescription. Her poster was one of only 20 resident posters selected for this recognition, highlighting the impact of her research and mentorship collaboration with co-author and family medicine professor Joshua Fenton.
We prioritize the well-being and success of our residents.
