The fitting is ideally performed on the rider's own bike, although we have a Serotta Size Cycle if needed. Recommendation for components will be provided if necessary.

The session incorporates a detailed physical examination to address the rider's individual anthropometrics, soft tissue and flexibility factors, limitations and injury history. Emphasis is placed on meeting each rider's unique requirements.
The fitting is ideally performed on the rider's own bike, although we have a Serotta Size Cycle if needed. Recommendation for components will be provided if necessary. Ideal frame sizing can be provided upon request.

How long does a bike fit take?
Most sessions take 45–90 minutes depending on the level of fit.
Do I need to bring my bike?
Ideally, yes—bring your bike, cycling shoes, and usual riding gear. If this is for a new bike purchase please bring your current bike, if possible. For an indoor bike (Peloton, spin bike or similar) please bring saddle and pedals, if possible.
Is this only for serious cyclists?
No. Many clients are recreational riders looking to improve comfort and prevent injury.
How often should I get refit?
Every couple of years or after major changes in fitness, flexibility, or equipment.
