How the Longevity Blueprint Works

Step 1: Book Your Visit

Schedule your Healthspan Assessment, which includes a same-day Registered Dietitian consultation. This visit serves as the starting point for the Longevity Blueprint.

Step 2: Prepare for Your Visit

You'll begin by scheduling you Healthspan Assessment package and Dietician appointment.  You’ll receive an email with:

  • Health history and intake forms
  • Pre-test instructions
  • A short 3-day diet record

Orders will be placed for bloodwork and the CAC + lung scan.

Step 3: Complete Your Assessments

During your visit, you’ll complete advanced fitness, movement, and body composition testing, followed by a nutrition consultation. Bloodwork and imaging are completed separately as instructed.

Step 4: Receive Your Longevity Blueprint

Once all results are available, you’ll meet with a Sports Medicine physician and performance specialist to review findings and receive your personalized longevity plan.
