The Department of Radiation Oncology is fully committed and invested in UC Davis Health's inclusion, diversity, anti-racism and equity (iDARE) mission. As with all other UC Davis Health departments, Radiation Oncology has its own iDARE taskforce and full engagement for the faculty. It is the mission of these combined teams to bring the iDARE concept to all facets of life within radiation oncology – from the day to day work environment to recruitment, retention and training opportunities.
