Zipcar is a self-service hourly car share program. Designed for local, short-term usage for personal and business reasons, Zipcar rentals include insurance and gas, starting at a discounted rate of only $10.50/hour. Cars are available for when you need to run errands, have lunch with friends or anything else you may need to do. You don't need to drive to work when you have a car conveniently available for you on site!
There are four Zipcar vehicles located at the Medical Center (Sacramento campus). They are located in Lot 12 (near the Research Buildings) or Lot 21 (FSSB).

Need a car for business use?
Business accounts can be established with Zipcar for departmental use. For specific information on how to register a department, please contact Sarah Janus at stjanus@ucdavis.edu for further information.
