Wendy Braccio | Case Management
#1
Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to share my heartfelt appreciation for the extraordinary care and support that my late father, Robert Jones and I received from Wendy Braccio, RN, MSN, Case Manager at UC Davis Medical Center, over the past six years.
Wendy has been a steady light during some of the most challenging times in our lives. Her compassion, patience, and tireless commitment made it possible for us to navigate the often-overwhelming process of scheduling and coordinating care. She approached every interaction with kindness and understanding, always taking the time to listen and to make sure that our needs were met.
It was clear from the beginning that Wendy takes deep pride in her work and truly cares about the people she helps. Her professionalism and warmth brought both comfort and reassurance to my father and me. Through every appointment, call, and follow-up, she went above and beyond, showing not only skill and efficiency, but genuine humanity.
After my father’s passing late last year I felt it was important to reach out to ensure that Wendy’s exceptional dedication is recognized.
Paul words in Hebrews 4:16 have always brought me comfort: “We may receive mercy and find undeserved kindness to help us at the right time.” Wendy embodied that spirit of kindness and mercy. My father and I were truly blessed to have had her guidance and support when we needed it most.
With deepest gratitude and warmest regards,
Michael Jones

Dear Sir or Madam,
I want to express my unwavering gratitude to Wendy Braccio, RN, MSN, Case Manager at UC Davis Medical Center, for her exceptional dedication and support over the past six years. During this time, she has devoted tremendous time and energy to assisting my father, Robert Jones, who had stage 4 cancer, and my brother, Michael Jones, who was initially diagnosed with colon cancer that later spread to his lungs and prostate.
It is rare and deeply challenging for a father and son to battle cancer simultaneously, yet Wendy’s compassion, commitment, and attentive care brought both of them comfort and peace throughout their journeys.
Wendy’s professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern were instrumental in helping my father and brother secure their treatments with UC Davis Medical Center. Her unwavering dedication made it possible for them to navigate an often complex medical system with clarity and confidence.
I am particularly grateful for Wendy’s consistent communication, her attention to detail, and her proactive approach to resolving any obstacles that arose. She went above and beyond to ensure that all necessary care was coordinated and delivered effectively.
Wendy’s dedication reflects positively on UC Davis Medical Center’s leadership and culture. It is evident that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares for the well-being of those she assists. Her compassion and professionalism serve as an inspiring example of what outstanding patient care should be.
With sincere appreciation,
