Review of Applications by School of Medicine Office of Research

  • If Letter of Support is needed from one of the School of Medicine Research Deans, please refer to Guidelines for requesting a Letter of Support.
  • Academic Affairs – Application materials to be reviewed by School of Medicine Office of Research should be sent to somor@ucdavis.edu by required internal deadline, usually at least 2 weeks prior to submission deadline listed on their website
    • If an internal review is needed, request to Department Chair or Vice Chair of Research to assist with application review.
    • School of Medicine Office of Research to proof and edit application materials before submission.
  • School of Medicine Office of Reseach Submission – Nominee provides application materials to SOMOR by requested internal deadline (prior to submission deadline) and School of Medicine Office of Research to proof and edit application materials.
Nomination Submission

    After review by School of Medicine Office of Research or suggested committee, application materials are returned to appropriate nomination staff for submission to Academic Affairs.
