Federal Licensure Regulations
Disclosures to students in programs leading to professional licensure
All applicable UC Davis School of Medicine academic programs prepare students to be licensed and practice medicine in California. In order to comply with regulations regarding professional licensure, the school is required to make the following disclosures. At this time, we cannot confirm whether all programs meet requirements for professional licensure or eligibility to practice outside of California. Ultimately, it is the student’s responsibility to confirm program and license eligibility outside of California. For additional information, please visit the University of California licensure disclosure page.
UC Davis School of Medicine is accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME). LCME is the nationally recognized accrediting authority for medical education programs leading to the M.D. degree in the United States and Canada. To learn more, please click here.
