Philosophy of Care

My approach to patient care is rooted in precision, compassion, and thoughtful integration of advanced cardiovascular imaging into clinical decision-making. I strive to deliver patient-centered care that not only addresses disease but also aligns with each patient's values, concerns, and long-term goals.

Equally important is clear communication and patient education. I prioritize building trust by ensuring that patients understand their condition and are active participants in their care decisions. My goal is to combine technical expertise with empathy, creating a care environment that is both scientifically rigorous and deeply human.

Clinical Interests

My clinical interests are centered on non-invasive cardiology with a specialization in advanced cardiac imaging. I have a strong focus on multimodality imaging, including echocardiography, cardiac CT, and nuclear cardiology, with particular expertise in imaging for transcatheter interventions. My clinical goal is to leverage imaging as a tool to enhance diagnostic accuracy, guide interventions, and improve patient outcomes in complex cardiovascular disease.

Research/Academic Interests

My research focuses on the application of advanced cardiac imaging to improve outcomes in structural heart disease. I am particularly interested in optimizing multimodality imaging strategies—including echocardiography, intracardiac echocardiography, and cardiac CT—to enhance procedural planning and guidance for transcatheter interventions.

More broadly, my research aims to bridge the gap between imaging innovation and clinical application, with a focus on improving procedural safety, efficiency, and patient outcomes in structural and valvular heart disease.
