Dr. Itsara believes in working together with patients to find the best treatment option for the individual, while recognizing the importance of treating all her patients with compassion and thoughtfulness.
As an allergist/immunologist, Dr. Itsara specializes in the treatment of common diseases such as allergic rhinitis, asthma, atopic dermatitis, food allergy, drug allergy, urticaria, and sinusitis, as well as more rare conditions such as hereditary angioedema and primary immunodeficiency.
Dr. Itsara's previous research has focused on chronic urticaria and asthma management. Her current interests involve food and drug allergy, as well as teaching students about the field of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
