I believe in careful listening and placing a priority on understanding each patient's picture of his or her illness. I think it is important to provide thorough information about treatment options and then trust my patients to make the best decisions for their health.
Allergy is a specialty where knowledge of the natural environment is necessary. I enjoy spending time outdoors and want to help my patients also to enjoy the many benefits of outdoor activity and recreation.
Dr. Ryhal is a specialist in allergies and disorders of the immune system. He has a special clinical and research interest in asthma and primary immunodefiencies.
Dr. Ryhal's research interests are focused on developing systematic approaches to immunologic disorders. He is also creating new instructional materials for teaching cellular and molecular immunology to medical trainees.
