NaYoung Kim, MD, is the Associate Program Director for the UC Davis Allergy-Immunology Fellowship and Site Director for the Kaiser Permanente rotations in the North Valley. In addition to overseeing the fellows in a weekly didactic session and quarterly Journal Club, she works closely with the volunteer faculty physicians to train medical students and residents from UC Davis who rotate through the Allergy-Immunology clerkship at Kaiser locations throughout the Greater Sacramento Area.
In 2008, Dr. Kim joined Kaiser Permanente in North Valley and began her role teaching UC Davis fellows in Allergy-Immunology in 2009 as Volunteer Clinical Faculty. She has maintained her dedication to medical education as Chief of her department and has recruited additional volunteer faculty from Kaiser Permanente with a vision for a stronger partnership with UC Davis in medical education.
