My goal is to support and empower each patient's healing journey by integrating the best of conventional medicine with evidence informed holistic approaches. I believe that true health requires caring for the mind, body, and spirit in unison, and I strive to create a collaborative and healing relationship with every patient. I focus on lifestyle based and non pharmacologic interventions whenever appropriate, while also recommending medications when they offer meaningful benefit.
I am committed to helping patients understand the root causes of their conditions and guiding them toward sustainable changes that promote disease prevention, optimal wellness, and—in many cases—disease reversal.
In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, fishing, hiking, boating, staying physically active, and learning new integrative approaches to enhance patient care.
