Dr. Chatterton’s goal is to create a partnership with her patients to help each patient achieve their individual healthcare goals.
Dr. Chatterton is a general internal medicine physician who offers care to adult patient with a various chronic medical condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.
Dr. Chatterton's research focuses on improving preventative care services in the primary care setting and transitions of care as a patient goes from being hospitalized back to care in the clinic.
