Dr. Ascher is an academic hospitalist offering care for adults in the hospital. He has clinical interests in cardiovascular disease prevention, kidney disease prevention, antimicrobial stewardship and clinical reasoning.
Dr. Ascher's research focuses on personalizing clinical decision-making for cardiovascular disease prevention. He also has an interest in using novel kidney biomarkers to understand chronic kidney disease.
