Our three (3) year, ACGME accredited training program, with a complement of 12 fellows, is designed to prepare our fellows with advanced training in all aspects of cardiovascular medicine and fulfills the eligibility requirements set forth by the American Board of Internal Medicine for the subspecialty examination in Cardiovascular Disease.
As part of our a one-year non-ACGME fellowship program, fellows will receive clinical training in advanced echocardiography, cardiac CT, and cardiac MR. Fellows receive imaging training in several interventional echocardiography procedures and are involved in the conduct of patients in clinical trials.
The CCEP fellowship at UC Davis Health focuses on the specialty’s core competencies allowing the fellow to achieve excellence in the management of patients with complex cardiac arrhythmias.
The Interventional Cardiovascular Fellowship Training Program encompasses minimum training (COCATS 2) in all areas of interventional cardiology.
This is a 1-year intensive advanced training opportunity in a high-volume, tertiary referral center. Offering hands-on experience with TAVR, TMVR, LAAO, PFO/ASD closure, and other cutting-edge structural interventions. Fellows train under nationally recognized leaders in the field of interventional cardiology, gaining robust procedural experience and academic development in an environment committed to excellence in clinical care, teaching, and research.
