Healthy Aging Forum 2026

UC Davis OLLI and UC Davis Health Mini Medical School are proud to partner to present the Healthy Aging Forum at Aggie Square in Sacramento, CA on April 18th from 8:30 – 12 p.m. followed by open networking. Check-in will be 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. and the program will begin at 9:30 a.m.. We will provide parking and morning coffee and refreshments.

The forum will include UC Davis faculty presenting on the US POINTER Study, a clinical trial that demonstrates lifestyle programs improve cognition in older adults. There will also be presentations on how meaning and purpose supports overall well-being and on the value of mobility and exercise for longevity, including some practical activities that capture a wide range of abilities. The presentations will be followed by a facilitated panel including the speakers and other UC Davis experts in geriatric medicine. This is a free program for all who register. Seats are limited.

For more than 20 years, UC Davis Health has promoted healthy aging by providing classes for the community taught by members of our faculty. This extremely popular educational program focuses on healthy aging, including topics and conditions typically experienced by older people. The program is offered virtually for participants everywhere.
