How to Request a Project Change
UC Davis Health staff can request a change to a project through Facilities Planning and Development.
A change may be requested on a project that is in design or in construction providing beneficial improvements are identified.
After submitting a signed Project Change Request online, Facilities Planning and Development will review the request, assess impacts and provide a response to the department supervisor and sponsor.
