At UC Davis Health, we believe in building healthier communities through collaboration and innovation. Our commitment to community engagement drives us to develop sustainable partnerships and initiatives that address the unique health needs of our diverse population. Here, we unite our expertise in healthcare with the voices and experiences of community members to foster an environment of growth, learning, and health equity.
UC Davis Health conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years in collaboration with other local health systems to identify priority health concerns and guide our strategic initiatives. This assessment helps us better understand our region's most pressing health challenges and informs our efforts to develop targeted solutions that benefit our communities.
