Philosophy of Care
I believe that all children and families deserve equal access to care. I aim to partner with families and caregivers in the care of their critically ill child to provide the best and most timely care possible. I'm proud to represent the LGBTQIA+ community within my profession.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Phelps is a pediatric intensivist who cares for children of all ages with critically ill conditions, including pediatric trauma, respiratory failure, and congenital heart disease.

Dr. Phelps's academic interests include interdisciplinary team dynamics and quality improvement of systems.
