John Adams's academic work centers on how systems of care can more effectively and equitably support the well-being of youth. He leads a project which aims to streamline the process of accessing mental health treatment among youth with chronic medical problems. He is also a certified mindfulness instructor and is interested in exploring how mindfulness and self-compassion-based groups might support long-term well-being in youth.

Yasaman Ahmadieh is dedicated to improving access to and the quality of gender-affirming care, as well as sexual and reproductive health for young people of all genders, sexual identities, races, ethnicities, cultures, socioeconomic statuses, sizes, and abilities. She is also committed to advocating for the protection of the right to access sexual and reproductive health and gender-affirming care services.

Laura M. Kester Prakash is a board certified pediatric and adolescent medicine sub-specialist who provides developmentally appropriate consultative care to adolescents between the ages of 10-26. She specializes in treating patients with nutritional and energy imbalance presentations, particularly those with eating disorders, unintended weight gain/loss along with co-morbid complications that arise, reproductive and sexual health disorders (menstrual disorders, menstrual suppression, ovarian cysts, contraception, sti screening), acne, transgender/gender-diverse health services, mental health services (major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders).
