Philosophy of Care

Rheumatology care prioritizes a holistic, patient-centered approach, emphasizing collaboration, early intervention, and patient empowerment. The focus is on comprehensive support, quality of life improvement, staying current with research, and embracing innovation. Compassion and advocacy are integral to fostering overall well-being in individuals with rheumatic conditions. I like the intellectual challenge of rheumatology and I enjoy working with people. Working directly with patients is the most rewarding aspect of my job.
