Program Overview and History
The UC Davis Medical Center Dietetic Internship is a full-time program within a Specialized Academic Health System concentration. It has a Clinical Nutrition focus. The program is accredited for a maximum of six interns per year, and is very proud of its over 100 graduated interns since its origination in 2003. The dietetic internship is managed by the Department of Food and Nutrition Services, which is housed within the Professional, Safety and Hospitality Services Division of UC Davis Medical Center.
