Xinran Dhaliwal is a Quality Improvement Specialist with the Prevention Policy & Practice Group within the Center for Healthcare Policy and Research, University of California, Davis. Xinran works primarily on the Healthy Living Clinic Initiative (HLCI). The HLCI aims to advance tobacco cessation efforts in community clinics through technical assistance and training in quality improvement and system change approaches. Xinran previously served as the Project Manager for the Tobacco Education Clearinghouse of California, a statewide technical assistance provider for tobacco-related educational material development. In addition, she has experience coordinating multi-site concussion research at Stanford University and worked on community health assessment/improvement projects at the Yale New Haven Health System. Xinran received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her Master of Public Health in Health Care Management from the Yale School of Public Health.
