Irina Tokareva is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality management and improvement, patient safety, clinical outcomes data and measurement analysis, medical/health continuing education, patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Irina analyzes testing data for clinical research with a focus on quality measurement and improvement. She supports national and statewide applied healthcare quality measure development research and provides advanced clinical expertise to support inpatient clinical quality measure development, measure testing/validation and implementation. Additionally, Irina represents CHPR research teams before state and federal health agencies.
Prior to joining CHPR in 2022, Irina held various positions at Stanford University and Stanford Health Care.
