Crystie Dao is the Communications Specialist for the Prevention Policy & Practice Group (3PG) within the Center for Healthcare Policy and Research at the University of California, Davis. Crystie has extensive experience working in non-profit organizations, the private sector, and secondary education, specializing in community outreach, social media strategies and engagement, marketing design, and project/event management. Her general approach to conveying information centers around storytelling. Through authentic communication and creative messaging, she strives to bring analytical data to life while building human connection. Crystie focuses on applying her diverse skillset to improve the health of underserved communities. Crystie graduated from Northwestern University with a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Public Relations at California State University, Sacramento.
