Philosophy of Care

I enjoy working together as a team with children, their families, and their health care unit to help them through an acute illness or a complication of their ongoing health needs. During a child’s hospitalization, I strive to provide patient centered care, focusing on each family’s individual needs, while also incorporating the latest evidence based medicine.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Daniel is a Pediatric Hospitalist, caring for newborn infants and children admitted to Adventist Health Lodi Memorial Hospital. She is also involved in the PEN (Pediatric Enteral Nutrition) clinic with the UC Davis Gastroenterology group. She has a special clinical interest in nutrition and medical education.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Daniel is passionate about teaching and working on strategies to improve medical education at all levels, including medical student, resident, nursing, and patients.
